Job Overview:
FC Careers is hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Handler to manage our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. If you are creative, understand audience behavior, and can communicate the brand effectively through content and visuals — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions, job ads)
- Manage and grow social media accounts on a daily basis
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to messages, and increase followers
- Coordinate with the design team to get job posts, banners, and promotions created
- Track performance through insights and analytics (Instagram/Facebook)
- Handle job queries, comments, and communication via WhatsApp/DM
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp tools
- Good written skills in Hindi & basic English
- Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and punctuality in posting
- Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media handling
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Creator Studio
- Content writing or copywriting experience is a plus
- Experience in handling pages for consultancy, job, or HR brands is preferred
