Job Overview:
We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and efficient Receptionist to manage front desk operations at FC Careers. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the company with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Manage appointment schedules and interview coordination
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Record and maintain visitor and candidate logs
- Assist in document handling, printing, and filing
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Presentable appearance and polite demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Female candidates preferred (optional, based on your company policy)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in front office/receptionist roles (0–2 years)
- Confident telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
