Job Overview:
FC Careers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing digital and print creatives for job postings, social media, marketing materials, and branding assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, brochures, flyers, and banners for job openings and promotions
- Create visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to design recruitment campaigns
- Edit images and videos as needed for online and offline use
- Ensure consistency in brand elements and visual identity
- Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
- Manage and organize design files, templates, and backups
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Strong creativity and a good eye for layout, color, and fonts
- Basic understanding of design for both digital and print
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
Preferred Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with a portfolio can apply)
- Video editing skills (basic level) are a plus
- Knowledge of social media trends and engagement design
- Experience in working with recruitment or consultancy firms is beneficial
