Job Overview:
FC Careers is hiring an experienced and result-driven Recruiter Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive hiring operations for India and Gulf-based clients. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic hiring skills, along with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and assistants
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing roles
- Interact with Gulf and Indian clients to understand manpower requirements
- Monitor daily hiring progress, assign targets, and ensure timely delivery
- Guide the team in using job portals, databases, and internal networks effectively
- Develop talent pipelines and maintain candidate pools
- Train and mentor junior recruiters
- Maintain accurate records and generate weekly hiring reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in consultancy or Gulf hiring)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and multitasking ability
- Proficient in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), email, and WhatsApp tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Gulf/overseas recruitment process
- Knowledge of visa documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Ability to handle high-pressure hiring demands
- Understanding of different industry requirements (retail, hospitality, logistics, etc.)
