Job Overview:
FC Careers is seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for individuals who wish to begin or develop a career in HR and career consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for job openings
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates
- Maintain and update employee and applicant databases
- Handle documentation, joining forms, and ID verification
- Assist in preparing job postings, letters, and HR reports
- Support HR Managers in daily operational tasks
- Maintain confidential records and follow compliance protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (HR/Management background preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Email, and Internet
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with a responsible attitude
Preferred Skills:
- 0–1 year experience in HR or administrative work (freshers can apply)
- Knowledge of recruitment tools or HR software is a plus
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
