FC Careers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Assistant to support our HR and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings across India and the Gulf. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior recruiters in posting job ads on various platforms
- Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and follow-up records
- Communicate with candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare basic candidate profiles and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data handling
- Provide administrative support during recruitment drives and events
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR or recruitment (0–1 year, freshers welcome)
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with resume formats and job portals is a plus
